Account Manager – North America

The Account Manager is a leadership profile within the organisation .The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our cybersecurity solutions and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a focus on the cybersecurity industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

Regularly meet with clients to discuss their needs and identify opportunities for ourcybersecurity solutions.

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing customer accounts.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients and handle complaints to maintain trust.

Conduct regular client reviews and gather feedback to improve our services.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Technical Support, and Product Development) to ensure the seamless delivery of services.

Provide regular updates on account status, including risk and opportunities, to management.

Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices.

Educate clients on the importance of cybersecurity and how our solutions can protect their business.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.

Experience selling in the financial services domain is preferable.

Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Strong client relationship building/ interpersonal skills and communication skills.

Customer-focused with a passion for building relationships and providing exceptional service.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
