The Director will managing a 16 bed ICU unit, 31 bed Telemetry unit and a Hemodialysis unit. There is a supervisor for the ICU and SDU. We utilize Meditech for our EMR. The Director must be able to function in the clinical role at times in SDU and ICU.
Skills / Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing BSN or related Bachelors Degree with Masters preferred
Current Texas or Compact State RN license A minimum of three (3) years clinical and two (2) years management experience preferred Current BLS certification required
Individual with at least 5 years’ experience as a Director.
Must have ICU experience
