Who You Are
You’re a tenacious individual who wants to win and make a positive impact on the world . You have excellent clinical experience in breast imaging, genetic testing, or oncology market segments and are looking to start or advance a sales career ( i.e., grow int o a Sales Executive role) in the Healthcare SaaS industry . You have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and a proven track record of success. You’re a self-motivated individual with a passion for consultative sales and a desire to make the world a better place!
Responsibilities
Prospecting / Lead G en eration :
develop and execute prospecting and lead generation strategies
identifying , connecting and building relationships with clinical champions and key decision makers of prospective customers via phone, vid-con, email and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities
doing initial discovery calls and qualifying leads
mastering product and clinical knowledge necessary to demonstrate our products and solutions
attending trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
Sales Support and Selling:
collaborating with our S ales D irectors to s uppor t new sales , expansions and renewals of Volpara Health’s products by providing clinical expertise in hospitals , clinics and imaging centers
support Volpara Health’s sales process by explain ing to customers how our products solv e their pain points in a relatable, easy-to-understand, solution-oriented way
deliver messages to customers in a clear , confident and compelling way, optimally handle objections and close every call with a with a commitment to action to inspire changes in behavior
discover and understand the operational workflow of customer sites to identify areas of inefficiency and provide actionable insights for improvement
Clinical support :
influence decision makers and champions within assigned customers to support the use of our products by developing and applying clinical and business expertise and effective selling skills
customer support to support customer patient workflow s and improve efficiency
Other:
s hare key customer, procedural and marketplace insights with other sales, clinical, product development, marketing, and strategic account teams to improve on solutions / service levels and support sales growth
some domestic travel for events/customer meetings as required
Experience & Qualifications
Purpose driven and passionate about making an impact on patients and health of women and families
Excellent clinical experience in breast imaging, genetic testing or oncology market segments
AA or BA in breast imaging healthcare related field, strongly recommended. May substitute breast imaging experience for education; ARRT or ARDMS preferred.
Minimum of 5 years clinical/technical/management experience with demonstrated clinical/technical/management skills preferred.
Experience implementing new clinical technology require d .
Consulting experience in related industry preferred
Previous sales, commercial or customer facing experience would be a bonus , but is not required as we will teach you all you need to know
Ability to work remotely from within a designated territory and move confidently between non-digital to digital settings when communicating with customers
Deep curiosity and a desire to learn about AI and healthcare and a willingness to grow in the sales field
Ability to energize, develop and build relationships at all levels within an organization and with potential customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and adaptability to change
Excellent organizational and verbal / written communication skills
Some travel required

Compensation & Benefits
The total compensation package for this role includes a base salary range of $ 70 ,000 to $80,000 plus a n incentive plan with the potential to grow your earnings to three figures . The final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, territory / geography, education, business needs, market demand and performance versus KPIs .
