As the Dig it a l Marketing Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Marketing team, supporting our efforts to drive demand and conversions , optimize campaigns, and measure results for our array of technology solutions, with a focus on Internet service. Reporting to the VP of Marketing , you will be responsible for data analysis, campaign performance tracking, and contributing insights that enhance our marketing strategies .

Focus:
Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization within our demand generation initiatives. Provide data visualizations and summaries.
Data Man age ment: Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and integrity to support marketing initiatives.
Performance Tracking: Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports to the VP of Marketing.
Audience Insights: Contribute to the identification and profiling of target customer personas to enhance campaign targeting and personalization.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to provide insights for data-driven decision-making.
Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with internal marketing team and external resources/partners to optimize campaigns based on data analysis and insights.
Omnichannel Demand Generation: In collaboration with internal and external partners, develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies that increase awareness, demand, and conversion s across a variety of marketing tactics, with a focus on dig it a l .
A/B Testing: Assist in designing and conducting A/B tests to refine and improve marketing campaigns and strategies.
Budget Man age ment: Collaborate on the demand generation budget, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign success and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).
Skill Set:
Either have a B achelor's degree in business , marketing, statistics, or a related field, or combined relevant work experience.
Proficiency in a variety of dig it a l marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and programmatic.
3+ years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or a related role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software , such as Power BI, Tableau, and Google Analytics.
Google AdWords and Google Analytics certifications preferred, but not required .
CRM and marketing automation experience a plus ( Salesforce.com , Hubspot , Marketo, etc.)
Ability to work Eastern Standard Time standard business hours , and able to travel to corporate headquarters ( Terre Haute, IN) for occasional in-person meetings as needed (up to 1-2 times per month).
Experience working in telecom is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
