**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
The Digital Retail Coordinator is a master at establishing and keeping a book of business. As a Digital Retail Coordinator , you are responsible for gathering customer information, scheduling appointments, and keeping appointments while following up with all customers who have inquired about purchasing a vehicle. Fox Motors is looking for a Digital Retail Coordinator that has strong organizational and listening skills, loves working with people, and desires to be part of a team. **Key responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned.**
* Respond to all incoming internet inquiries and online chats.
* Provide continuous follow-up via phone and email throughout the customers buying cycle.
* Set sales appointments for customers and assign to appropriate sales staff.
* Keep a daily log of appointments and communicate with management.
* Utilize dealership database for all customer contact, appointments, tracking and notes.
* Convey general information regarding current inventory or specials.
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
* Prior BDC experience preferred but not required.
* Experience with the VIN Solutions CRM tool is a plus but not required.
* Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously and in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
