About the Role
The Managing Director, Asset Services Operations is a key leadership role with a primary focus on driving the execution of short- and long-term business strategies and goals within the central region. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies, procedures, and playbooks to enhance operational efficiencies. This includes region-specific project management, financial results review, and the identification of barriers to success, with a strong emphasis on proposing and implementing solutions. The role also involves partnering with cross-functional groups for conflict resolution, driving corporate initiatives at the regional level, and providing leadership updates on progress and key performance indicators.Critical skills for this position include being solutions-oriented and comfortable with all aspects of project management, from initial discovery to implementation and change management. The Managing Director will indirectly manage market operational leads to ensure alignment with regional and national strategic goals, and will also provide support for business development activities as needed. The role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively partner with the central region Executive Managing Director and the Presence Tenant Experience platform, and who is adept at driving operational excellence and financial performance.
