About the Role: Ready to take on a pivotal role in healthcare? As a Nurse Manager in our Medical Surgical department, you'll share 24-hour accountability with the Director of Clinical Operations for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our unit. You'll maintain a safe environment, uphold quality care standards, and contribute to the overall mission and goals of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Ensure patient and staff safety through adherence to Safety and Infection Control Programs.
Maintain quality of care by following departmental policies and regulatory guidelines.
Take ownership of providing consistent, high-quality patient care in alignment with hospital standards.
Manage operational and capital budgets alongside the Vice President of Cardiac Services.
Continuously develop your clinical management skills and professional growth.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of recent acute care leadership experience within a unit is required.
Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a Bachelor's degree in nursing.
Current RN licensure in the State of Texas, with BCLS and ACLS certifications.
Preferably hold national certification in your area of expertise (CCRN, CNA, CCRN).

Salary:
Minimum: $84,849
Mid-range: $106,059 (for 10+ years of experience)
Maximum: $127,274 (for 20+ years of experience)
Sign-on bonus: Not guaranteed Relocation: Case-by-case basis
