Duties include:

Minimum Qualifications:
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and the ability to listen carefully
* Obsessively organized coupled with the ability to multi task
* Familiar with CRM software like Salesforce
* Basic mathematical skills and the ability to use a calculator
* Minimum of High School diploma or GED, some college preferred
* Knowledge of heavy equipment is a plus
* Customer Service Representative will be paid a base salary and have access to a full benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, critical illness insurance, life insurance, 401K, PTO, and wellness benefits
