Job Description
An opportunity to join a compassionate medical support team in a busy outpatient care center. In this role, you will work collaboratively with physicians and advanced practitioners to provide comprehensive care to patients. Your responsibilities will include greeting and rooming patients, obtaining and updating patient chart information, documenting accurately using Epic EMR, managing patient phone calls, and participating in the prior authorization process.

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position (Openings in both Greenwich and Stamford)
Work Environment
The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, mainly from 8:30 am to 5 pm. GI experience is a significant plus. Our best medical assistants take the initiative to ensure all patients are cared for and work is getting done. This includes going to the waiting area, calling patients by their first name, introducing themselves by their first name, and walking patients through the process. We are looking to add another Medical Assistant to our team of 8 providers and 2 existing MAs.
