Job Summary:
We are looking for Clinician who will work in our Community Based Acute Treatment team model setting, and will establish open communication, support, and accountability among workers and consumers. The Clinician is accountable to the Clinical Supervisor. The Clinician provides services on-site , children, experiencing mental health challenges.
Duties and Responsibilities: Provide individual, group, and family therapy to the youth in the program.
Provide trauma-informed clinical case management to youth by coordinating team meetings, creating treatment plans, and providing program recommendations on services to best help the youth and family when applicable
Completing Comprehensive Clinical Assessments, and CANS, as part of the assessment process, develop treatment and safety plans for assigned clients
Work closely and communicate well with funders/guardians to ensure satisfactory service delivery including meeting attendance and regular communication
Provide training to Residential Counselors and Case Managers on clinical issues pertaining to their work with clients
Maintain client records and documentation in accordance with licensing and funder requirements.
Participate as a member of an Interdisciplinary team within a clinically oriented trauma-informed treatment milieu
Take on administrative tasks as delegated by the Program Director and/or Clinical Director
Minimum Qualifications: Masters degree in Social Work, Mental Health or Marriage and Family Counseling, Human Services, or related degree required
