Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage commercial construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project objectives are met.
Utilize Procore and Microsoft Suite tools effectively for project documentation, communication, and tracking progress.
Lead and motivate self-performing crews to deliver exceptional results within project deadlines.
Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures, to ensure profitability.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Resolve conflicts, mitigate risks, and troubleshoot issues to maintain project momentum and minimize disruptions.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry, with a focus on mechanical contracting.
Proven experience managing projects ranging from $15 to $20 million in scope.
Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Suite, with the ability to leverage technology for efficient project management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with mechanical, piping, and plumbing systems in commercial construction environments.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
