The Specialist is knowledgeable on the usage and support of Windows Operating systems and products that run on those platforms. The individual performs a full range of computer administration functions with minimal direction and/or technical support. • Communicate accurate and useful status updates.
• Attend and participate in team meetings.
Qualifications:
Experience working in a similar role.
Strong hardware/software troubleshooting skills
Excellent Customer Service track record
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong communication skills; both written and spoken.
Note: Preference given to candidates in Maine, New Hampshire and Mass while working onsite 1 day every 2 weeks will be expected.
