The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Manager of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) Campaign Team to lead our efforts in executing targeted marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ABM strategy and execution, excellent communication and management skills, and a strong grasp of marketing automation and other technologies used in ABM campaigns. The Main Responsibilities

Data Analysis: Utilize an analytical mindset to interpret campaign data, measure effectiveness, and make strategic adjustments as necessary.

Team Leadership: Manage a team of ABM Campaign Managers to ensure successful campaign execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute ABM campaigns that align with the company's marketing and sales strategies.

Technology Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies in ABM to enhance campaign performance.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Proven experience in ABM campaign management, team leadership, and deep understanding of ABM strategy and best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

5+ years of professional experience in Marketing, Sales or related field.

Relevant certifications in marketing automation platforms and ABM methodologies. Ability to lead, coach, and mentor other sales professionals in value selling, prospecting, and sales closing skills are essential.

Familiarity with marketing automation and other relevant technologies in ABM.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust campaigns for optimal results.

Exceptional communication and management skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with various departments.

Ability to identify common needs and issues across the organization.

Ability to think strategically and contribute to the overall marketing and sales objectives of the company.

Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$111480 - $148630 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.

$117340 - $156450 in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.

$123210 - $164280 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.

$129080 - $172100 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
