**PURPOSE** :

As a key leader at Wondr Health, the Chief Experience and Engagement Officer will be responsible for continuing the rapid growth and profitable scaling of Wondr Health’s Product Strategy, Enrollment, Engagement and Client Success. Leading exciting innovation focused on tech-enabled software and service solutions including consumer behavioral change, digital coaching, and content B2C marketing and savvy analytics platforms. Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Experience and Engagement Officer will lead the product strategy, product execution, enrollment marketing, participant journey, B2C Marketing, client success and overall engagement for the organization working closely with Engineering, Go to Market, Finance and Clinical. The Chief Experience and Engagement Officer will collaborate with the relevant business leads and commercial leaders to support innovation and growth through the use of digital tools, services and technologies that enhance the health of employees, employers, and health plan customers. This key leader is expected to develop and execute the company’s product, enrollment, and engagement strategies with a strong orientation toward end user engagement.

In addition to the product-related responsibilities, the CXEO will be an excellent collaborator, have a sense of urgency and an independent problem solver, interacting with other functional leaders on the executive leadership team and throughout the company. The leader will also contribute to the company’s culture and strategic vision.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** **:**

+ Serve as the owner of the company’s product strategy and user experience leading to best-in-class enrollment and engagement of the key metabolic, emotional, and physical health solutions.

+ Lead the Product, B2C, Coaching, Client Success,and Clinical organizations, pulling together the various strategies, prioritizing for short and long-termexecuting to enrollment counts and engagement metrics which drive overall company revenue.

+ Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Finance on market feedback, market needs and translating them into product positioning and product roadmap.

+ Create, facilitate, and generate new ideas and market back ideas that improve our overall positioning, enrollment, and engagement.

+ Leverage the product, marketing, coaching, user experience and data to inform those activities that drive the highest ROI.

+ Partner with the CEO and PE Sponsor to evaluate inorganic growth M&A.

+ Work closely with strategy, finance, and engineering teams to develop an aggressive product roadmap leveraging customer and marketplace insights. Apply a quantitative and research driven approach to product strategy leveraging the company’s IP and core competencies.

+ Establish organization KPI’s around the product strategy as well as delivery, and continuously improve the development process, incorporating learnings from the development of each solution.

+ Manage and facilitate prioritization of product related initiatives working with the Executive Team and broader organization.

+ In partnership with the executive team, evaluate buy-versus-build decisions for each solution. Develop and manage relationships with potential digital vendors or partners.

+ Collaborate with the Executive Team and Board to commercialize any relevant intellectual property that emerges from patient digital solutions initiatives.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES** **:**

+ Develop use cases and roadmaps that address market fit and corporate strategy.

+ Build solutions that drive behavior change, capturing valuable data relevant to consumer engagement/activation on the front end, and advanced analytics and decision support on the back end.

+ Develop a high performing organization focused on results.

+ Reinforce a metrics driven culture focused on collaboration.

+ Prior experience directly managing and impacting user experience resulting in demonstrable user experience, enrollment, and engagement.

+ Specific experience developing products focused on behavior change and consumer/member experience.

+ Experience doing M&A and integration to accelerate product expansion.

+ C-Suite and executive-level engagement and communication skills, capable of meeting clients as well as the Board when appropriate. Able to articulate and deliver clear and concise messages internally/externally with excellent presentation skills.

+ Thrives in a dynamic environment with change and ambiguity.

+ KPI driven orientation toward managing processes, driving accountability and best in class implementation.

+ Ability to constantly assess market developments, trends and other shifts while leading the product strategy interacting with key functions including research, finance, strategy, marketing, and sales.

+ Visionary with previous experience creating and leading product roadmaps while managing organization resources and budget requirements.

**QUALIFICATIONS** **:**

**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field. MBA preferred.

**Experience:**

+ At least 10+ years of executive-level product, consumer engagement, marketing related experience leading organizations during times of rapid organic and inorganic growth.

+ Prior experience working with Private Equity sponsors.

+ Exceptional success in designing and implementing tech-enabled software and service solutions, operationally robust analytics platforms focused on engagement and behavior change.

+ Deep competencies in leading a team focused on research, design, product with focus on priority setting and alignment among multiple constituents across an organization.

+ Strong financial and quantitative acumen related to developing product strategies, financial scenarios and pricing models related to existing and new product opportunities.

+ Proficient at building cross-functional relationships with engineering, marketing, sales, and finance by effectively communicating product requirements while implementing and managing organization-wide agile processes that promote teamwork and efficiency.
