IMEG Corp. is growing, and we’d love to have you join our team! We are currently seeking a Building Performance Analyst in our Falls Church, VA office. As a Building Performance Analyst you will be responsible for assisting with mechanical engineering, energy efficiency, building systems and building technologies.

Some key duties and responsibilities include:

Assist with energy efficiency, conservation consulting and energy master planning;

Develop and promote clean, renewable, sustainable energy strategies and projects;

Assist with conducting energy benchmarking and energy audits;

Assist with preparing and reviewing designs drawings for on going projects and either recommend energy conservation strategies or evaluate the feasibility of the designed energy measures;

Consult on energy operations and maintenance procedures.

Key skills and abilities needed for the position are:

Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans and drawings;

Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in energy direction, requirements and initiatives;

Skill in the use of Microsoft programs and AutoCAD software;

Ability to clearly communicate clearly in both oral and written communication to individuals or groups;

Ability to travel locally to visit project sites and buildings.

Education and experience requirements are:

Bachelor’s degree in building science or related field

Salary Range: $32.70 - $38.00. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and stock ownership options. In addition, IMEG Corp. provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
