**Responsibilities:**
* Visit with General Contractors, Building Owners, and other Subcontractors to discuss status, next steps, and coordination of one or multiple projects.
* Work with internal estimating, design, detailing, preconstruction, accounting, purchasing, and leadership teams to ensure project deliverables are met and exceeded.
* Oversee project schedule and budget
* Submit change order and RFI requests when necessary
* Balance time and schedule between the office, job site(s) to ensure projects are to code, on time, and under budget.

**Requirements:**
* Bachelors in mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or prior hands-on commercial HVAC and plumbing industry.
