Infrastructure Engineer 3 File Transfer Support (FTOS) Location: Charlotte, NC / Minneapolis, MN / Chandler, AZ / Phoenix, AZ / Iselin, NJ Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote) Duration: 24 Months Work Type: Contract (Contingent) Positions: 1 Hours: 40 Hours per Week Shift Details Schedule Options: Standard 8-hour shifts Shift Timing: Monday Friday On-call requirement: Yes FTOS / File Transfer Support Role Experience with Axway and Connect:Direct (NDM) required Focus on production support and operations The Infrastructure Engineer 3 FTOS is responsible for supporting file transfer and infrastructure systems, ensuring system stability, performance, and reliability in a production environment. Key Responsibilities Platform Support Support Axway and Connect:Direct systems Monitor file transfers and job executions Incident Management Troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents Perform root cause analysis Operations Support Monitor alerts and queues Support batch processing systems Compliance Follow operational policies and procedures Participate in risk and control processes Documentation Maintain documentation and runbooks Must-Have Qualifications 35 years of Infrastructure / Operations experience Experience with Axway (Required) Experience with Connect:Direct / NDM (Required) Basic troubleshooting and production support skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with monitoring tools ServiceNow experience Enterprise environment experience Core Competencies Operations support Troubleshooting Monitoring Communication Work Environment Production support environment Hybrid work model Additional Requirements Must be eligible to work in the US On-call flexibility
