Location: Houston, TX 77057 Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm A non-profit organization is seeking a Case Manager to join their team. Responsibilities: Assist the coordinator in assessing potential clients for eligibility.
Provide intake and individualized service plans.
Provide quality services to clients.
Advocate for clients and facilitate communication.
Performing other duties as assigned by the Supervisor, attending meetings, and participating in staff retreats, tours, agency fairs, and speaking engagements.
List Qualification or Requirements: High School Diploma or GED.
One year experience in an administrative setting or within refugee populations.
Valid Texas driver’s license.
Bilingual in English and Spanish or Arabic is required.
