The Applications Development Technology Senior Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing quality improvement through automation and DevOps tools. This potion requires a senior hands-on engineer to implement automated test framework and follow DevOps guideline to deliver high quality of service to the firm
Responsibilities:
Design, architect, and develop automated test methodologies including monitoring, defect capture, and reporting
Work with users to identify system function specifications and dependency
Identify improvement in manual processes and streamline/automate for simple procedure
Strategically integrate CI/CD pipeline
Develop non functional testing including performance and scalability
Work with other program teams to analyze complex business processes and system processes to define test cases
Communicate with stakeholders for test execution
Design and implement strategic DevOps for better stability and resiliency including running services as Hot/Hot on EUC (on-prem cloud) and blue-green software deployment
Qualifications:
12+ years of relevant experience in an Software Engineering role with experience in software delivery and test automation
Be familiar with BDD/TDD practices
Experience in automation
Experience as a DevOps
Expertise in implementing CI/CD pipelines
Experience working in Financial Services
Be familiar with regression test, volume test, and automated smoke test
Experience in automated test framework such as Cucumber
Hands-on experience with software application in Core Java including API and Springboot
Nice to have :
Experience in the usage and testing of frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, Cypress)
Good understanding in SRE including Disaster Recovery protocol
Hand-on experience in Cloud technology
Education:
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred
