HR Generalist

Position Details:
As a pivotal member of our Human Resources Operations team, the Human Resources Generalist undertakes a diverse array of administrative responsibilities to ensure the seamless functioning of HR operations, maintaining an unwavering commitment to delivering top-tier HR Service. Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and management teams , t his role requires exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical acumen t o optimize HR processes effectively. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for managing core HR functions and devising innovative solutions to organizational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to, troubleshoot, and appropriately escalate daily inquiries from employees and management.
Manage and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment.
Execute all administrative tasks related to onboarding/offboarding for both regular and contingent workforce in HRIS, encompassing new hire data entry, document collection, I-9 management, and termination notifications.
Maintain confidentiality while inputting and managing relevant HR information and documentation in HRIS.
Coordinate leave of absences, FMLA, and accommodations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Oversee worker compensation and unemployment claims, ensuring timely completion and monitoring.
Document standard operating procedures for the HR department to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Validate internal employee changes to maintain data integrity and alignment with SOPs.
Assist in communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, directory, and organizational chart, contributing to policy development.
Manage human resource programs including employee reward and recognition, referral, and tuition reimbursement.
Conduct regular audits of employee data to ensure compliance and data integrity.
Collaborate with Payroll for effective communication on new hires, terminations, LOA, and process enhancements.
Stay abreast of legal requirements pertaining to HR management, collaborating with Legal Team when necessary to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop effective solutions, programs, and policies.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
HR Certification Required
5+ years of relevant HR administrative support experience required .
Proficiency in Microsoft O365 programs (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
Expert with Excel or Smartsheets (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, dynamic charts)
2+ Year experience with ADP HRIS or similar HRIS of similar complexity
5+ year Experience with LOA and Worker’s Compensation Cases

$ 70,000 – $85,000 (annually) Base Salary*
