Job Skills/Requirements
The Janitorial OperationsManager will be responsible for the daily maintenance of client sites, to include direct supervision and training of cleaning staff and developing future leaders.
Oversight of the daily maintenance of the facilities
Direct supervision of the cleaning staff
Initial and ongoing training of staff
Ordering supplies
Managing labor and supply budgets
Conducting quality control inspections
Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with building contacts
Through strong communication and company support, the Operations Manager will focus on five key areas:
Leadership – Demonstrate leadership and retaining the right people to support the growth of our account.
Employee Engagement – Engaging and having direct contact with our workforce every day to create a greatemployee experience.
Customer Engagement – Creating “Raving Fans” of our client through positive customer relationships.
Growth – Identifying opportunities that improve our client’s services and deliver growth.
Safety - Proactively lead safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of management experience
Experience working with a diverse population
Driver License/Good driving record
Travel
50% to 80% required travel. Overnight stays are infrequent but do occur depending on business needs.
Frequent driving between accounts, meetings and walkthroughs will occur throughout a typical workday, in a company vehicle
