Our Infrastructure Engineering organization builds and operates hyper-scale datacenters, manages the life cycle of server fleets, allocates cloud resources and creates various cloud solutions, and provides infrastructure services including widely distributed Content Distribution Networks (CDNs) and kubernetes based global edge platform.

The Platforms team builds and leverage various platforms to manage and interact with our infrastructures and services. To support fast growth and improve operation efficiency, these platforms need to be feature rich, easy to use, scalable, agile and compliant with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Visual design, interaction design, and regularly execute prototypes using tools like Principle, Framer, or AE to rapidly test and iterate complex interactions and experiences

- Working with design systems (design components, icon, arts, motion, illustration)

- Identify existing UX issues and design UX with the best practice

- Great communication skills to be able to articulate your concepts, vision and decision-making

- Working with multiple stakeholders across the org

- Ability to rapidly iterate and produce multiple concepts

- Self-motivated and able to efficiently run a project without close supervision

- Highly skilled and efficient in using any tools you need to visualize your ideas and deliver the work

- Experience with a/b testing and a data driven practice

- Results oriented and resilient. Ability to fit within a startup culture which celebrates efficiency and driving impact

- At times, work efficiently under high levels of pressure and demanding timelines

Qualifications

Qualifications

- 5+ years designing UXUI for business-facing products across web and mobile

- Strong experience designing for web and complex admin/dashboard tools. Bonus if you have basic front end knowledge, css html, and responsive web

- Mastery of Figma/Sketch & Adobe suite

- Deep knowledge of business-facing products, and demonstrated proficiency in the formal elements of design including typography, color and layout

- Portfolio is required

Job Information:

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115200 - $255867 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
