You'll performs as a lead / mentor and develop solutions on assigned and future products. What will you do? Mentor junior test engineers to develop their skills; leadership capabilities

Provide training for CM techs and/or junior F5 Test Engineers.

Generate documentation to describe new test solutions/plans.

Creates/initiates test plans for new and existing products with no supervision.

Analyze weekly test result data and facilitate troubleshooting of test issues / manufacturing defects.

Implement NPI test methods/processes.

Create/Define test infrastructure solutions for NPI.

Drive test enhancement improvements to better FPY metrics.

Participate in DF(x) reviews; identify possible test pitfalls and provide solutions.

Must be able lead troubleshooting to the component level.

Follow SOP routine test standards and procedures.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Bring theses skills and attributes: Ability to learn in fast-paced environment with no direction.

Independent analytic / trouble-shooting skills.

Hold an expert knowledge of computer based systems.

Knowledge/experience writing test plans and programming in various scripting languages (for example; XML or Javascript)

Demonstrated analytical approach to solving test issues.

Demonstrated ability leading several projects simultaneously.

Ability to create new test methodologies.

Able to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications.

How do I qualify? Showcase a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a production test environment.

Hold a BS/BA in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands and Work Environment Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table.

Duties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.

Duties may require being on call periodically or working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends). Duties may require the ability to travel via automobile or airplane, approximately 5% of the time spent traveling.

Job may be performed on-site at a Contract Manufacturer facility or in an office environment sitting at a desk or computer table.
