The SAP Order to Cash (OTC) systems analyst role supports leadership in providing analysis and design tasks related to the development and management of a portfolio of SAP functional OTC solutions. These actions support the organizations SAP enterprise architecture team by development of technology solutions that meet business needs and align with architectural governance and standards. They understand the concepts of business goals, objectives and business outcomes, business capabilities, value-streams, and business processes and their importance in solution architecture. This role will assist with the creation of deliverables for managing the organization's portfolio of current state and future state architectural solutions. Solutions encompass applications, processes, data, technology, and infrastructure to enable defined business outcomes. This role also serves as the second level of production support working closely with the business in helping the organization with system and or business process issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Supports the Solution Architecture and the IT Business Partner teams in creating documentation of business requirements and participates in system solution design to meet business requirements.

Works directly on, or very closely with, SAP product team and business team to ensure support of business requirements throughout the products lifecycle.

Acts as second level support resource working with business super user community on system or process issues. Escalates system issues to solution architecture if a system change is needed to resolve incidents.

Performs SAP configuration, creates functional specifications and creates test scripts under the guidance of the solution architect.

Supports solution architecture for the overall product/service lifecycle and end of life decisions on technology products.

Supports evaluation, design, and analysis for the implementation of solutions across defined technologies within the enterprise architecture governance structure.

Actively participants in the architecture governance processes to ensure adherence to standards, principles, guidelines, and solution patterns.

Actively participates in the development and socialization of strategic road maps related to their respective solutions.

Actively participate in the identification of opportunities and/or gaps that exist between current state and the target architecture, and establish plans, including level of effort, cost, duration, and risks to closing the gaps and/or capitalizing on the opportunities identified.

Support the development of current and future state architecture models.

Key Performance Measures:

Meet 90% of Definition of Ready (DoR) timelines for Product &/or Project teams

Less than 10% rework for Product &/or Project teams

Education/Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; degree in Information Technology, Business, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or another technical program is preferred.

Experience requirement: entry level up to 2 years in the field or a related function.
