Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive network architecture plans, focusing on Cisco command-line configurations and Azure networking.
Manage and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices using command-line interfaces.
Implement and manage Azure networking components, including Virtual Networks (VNets), ExpressRoute, and Network Security Groups (NSGs).
Ensure network security measures are in place and compliant with industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex network issues.
Identify opportunities for performance optimization and implement solutions.
Create and maintain documentation of network architectures, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Provide mentorship and training to junior team members.
Extension knowledge on Firepower, umbrella, Duo, Cisco Catalyst switches, Nexus and ASR routers
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Extensive experience as a Senior Network Engineer with expertise in Cisco networking technologies.
Proficiency in Cisco command-line interface (CLI) for configuration and troubleshooting.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure networking components and services.
Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE) are highly preferred.
Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
