Main job responsibilities include:

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)

Reviewing resumes, shortlisting, screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.

Plan and arrange department level and final level interviews.

Conducting reference checks, onboarding, and placement.

Coordinating new staff orientation in LMS, sharing welcome package and documents

Ensuring all internal employee records relating to joining, transfer, promotion, salary review, and termination are updated in CEIPAL.

Reporting new employees and consultants in State New Hire Reporting portals in timely manner

Training & Development activities:

Conducting Training Need Analysis and research to look for resources.

Maintaining records of completion of training and certification courses

Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs

Employee Engagement activities:

Finding new and innovative ideas for employee engagement through fun activities which may include weekly fun activities, team lunch, picnic, half yearly get together, seasonal greetings card, annual party.

Celebrating employee birthdays, work anniversaries, contract wins

Sending welcome package to new joiners, work anniversary and birthday gifts to consultant and employees

Education and Skill Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human resources or in a relevant field

2-3 years' work experience as an HR Generalist

Solid understanding of recruitment laws and familiarity with full cycle recruiting is required.

Proven track record of Talent acquisition using social media and professional network platforms is required.

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is required.

Employee Training and development experience preferred.

Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good problem-solving abilities

Most importantly a people's person
