Duties: Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design process and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and provide guidance on operations and procedures to assist team in operating more efficiently and effectively. Conduct financial forecast and analysis activities using Hyperion Smartview. Prepare monthly outlooks, strategic and operating plans, and quarterly capital planning report. Prepare and present repots on using metrics to senior management and stakeholders to drive business decisions. Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis Intermediate Analyst, Planning & Analysis Analyst, P/M A&R Analyst or related position involving financial planning and budgeting for a global financial services organization. 5 years of experience must include: Financial database management; and Financial analysis and forecasting. 2 years of experience must include: Hyperion Smartview; Productivity and expense management; and Financial planning and budgeting.
