Essential Functions: Accurately and quickly take and place all food orders with the kitchen.
Answer all questions about cooking methods, menu items, special, and prices of all items.
Prepare & deliver all beverage orders.
Prepare the guest check accurately and present it before their departure.
Perform all cash handling and room charge procedures in accordance to policies.
Maintain communication with Bartenders and Restaurant Managers to ensure guest satisfaction.
Respond to customer needs, issues, comments, and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales; report all issues to shift supervisor.
Assist in seating and greeting the guests when necessary.
Assist to clean, clear and re-set tables.
Clean and restock service items.
Always dress with a smile
Skills & Abilities: Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with guests both in person and over the phone
at least six months of experience in a related field preferred
Ability to effectively work in a team environment
Ability to move quickly and stay organized
Food Handler and TIPS trainable
Ability to work weekends and/or holidays; scheduled days and times vary based on need.
