Essential Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Active auto insurance
At least one year of caregiving experience (personal or professional)
CPR and First Aid certifications (in-person)
Clean background check
Negative TB test
Preferred but not mandatory: Experience in dementia care, hospice settings, Hoyer lifts, and heavy lifting.
Your Role at Cypress
Provide daily living assistance: bathing, grooming, etc.
Create and execute personalized meal plans
Handle light housekeeping tasks
Assist with medication management
Accompany clients to appointments
Offer meaningful companionship
