Sr. IT Project Manager_

Sr. IT Project Manager - MUST have PMP

+ Oversee information technology projects of the highest sensitivity and complexity.

+ Execute project plans and revise as authorized to meet changing needs and requirements.

+ Evaluate the goals, risks and constraints of projects to determine the most efficient and effective project management methodology (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid) to follow.

+ Assist stakeholders with identifying and documenting business problems and project goals through the completion of business cases.

+ Facilitate communication, conflict resolution and decision-making processes among multiple stakeholders and proactively remove barriers.

+ Ensure project needs and objectives are clearly communicated, and teams have all necessary information and resources to complete tasks.

+ Adhere to the defined governance process.

+ Maintain documentation that reflects any changes to scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables.

+ Translate and document conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements and user stories in a clear and comprehensive manner.

+ Proactively keep stakeholders and senior management abreast of the status of projects and have the ability to respond to status requests on demand.

+ Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

+ Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.

+ 12+ years of professional, hands-on experience in the information technology field as a project or program manager

+ Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business or a related field

+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
