POSITION SUMMARY:
We are working on retainer, searching for a corporate level preconstruction leader to head up all aspects of preconstruction and estimating with a vertically integrated owner, developer and builder (in house GC) who has over $600+ million active in the development pipeline and another ~$700M+ actively under construction. This individual will work across the construction spectrum, “bridging the gap” between design and construction operations, leading the preconstruction & estimating teams and process (from DD, GMAX, Job Layouts, Plans, quality, etc..), as well as keeping the organization ahead of the curve as it relates to identifying and implementing new systems, products and delivery methods in order to enhance performance.
