Responsibilities

Participating in design to deployment related activities, guidance implementation. You should provide technical leadership to project team to perform code review, prevent and resolve technical issues

You are expected have depth of knowledge of specified multiple technological areas, which includes knowledge of applicable processes, methodologies, standards, products and frameworks

You would be responsible for defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements, preparing work estimates and defining technical solutions

Configuration of key design solutions, patterns and complex product features

You are required to guide team of Architects and developers, who would be responsible for specific architectural areas or part of the architecture/solution

Maintaining the security of all system applications

Requirements

8+ years of IT experience on Pega , 7.x and 8.x including leadership role in design to develop shared/reusable enterprise rules and workflow components within Pega Process Rules Commander

Pega Lead System Architect certification is a must

Ability to prepare comprehensive technical specifications and solution architecture documentation

Proficient with process methodology, development methodologies (Agile, SDLC, Iterative), excellent object-oriented analysis and design skills and system integration skills

Experience in at least one of the Pega strategic frameworks like Customer Service, Decisioning and Marketing, CLM in the financial services domain

Experience in Web technologies including CSS, javascript, Servlets, JSP, etc

Excellent skills in any of the RDBMS tools like Oracle, MSSQL

Strong knowledge of SQL commands (PL/SQL, T-SQL). Should be proficient in database performance tuning

Strong knowledge of OOP concepts. Understanding and hands-on experience in design patterns

Strong knowledge of SOA and RESTful concepts, messaging (pub-sub and point-to-point concepts)

Experience with CI/CD configuration and release management

Experience with Pega Cloud (AWS) or third-party Cloud-hosted solutions

Expert in analysis techniques and methodologies

Ability to communicate and present to multiple stakeholder problem definitions and proposed solutions to complex IT, technical and business issues

Proficient in the architecture design methodologies required to support the Pega 7x / 8x platform

Strong experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles

Strong presentation and client facing skills
