Responsibilities:
Lead development of compliant and high-quality client submittals in a fast-paced environment
Coordinate/execute all aspects of the proposal process
Lead kickoff meetings
Responsible for all proposal deliveries (compliance matrix development, assigning responsibilities, monitoring deadlines, proposal organization, layout, writing/editing content, and compliance)
Support the development of technical narratives/illustrations
Collaborate with team members
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience developing client submittals (preferably in the A/E/C industries)
Experience with Design-build and/or P3 client submittals preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign)
Experience with CRM or data management software (Deltek Vantagepoint and collaboration platforms) preferred
Experience in Graphic design, technical illustration, and Adobe illustrator and Photoshop preferred
Strong project management, analytical, and decision-making skills
Ability to handle multiple client submittals simultaneously under tight deadlines
Salary is commensurate with experience.
