**Responsibilities:**
+ Oversee production processes to ensure on-time completion and consistent quality.
+ Optimize Performance and implement strategies to maximize efficiency and meet targets.
+ Provide leadership to production and scheduling departments through coaching, training, and performance management.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth production flow and on time completion.
+ Champion Lean Manufacturing and 6S principles to identify and implement process improvements and minimize product loss.
+ Address customer concerns and implement process improvements based on feedback.
+ Travel to other sites as needed to support production activities.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Management, or related field.
+ 8+ years of experience leading people/operations in a manufacturing setting.
+ Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 preferred.
+ Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and continuous improvement
+ Proficient in MS Office Suite.
+ Ability to travel as needed.
