Knowledgeable with equipment and tools relating to HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general

**About the job:**

In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Maintenance Technician

performs multi-skilled tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting and general

maintenance

**What you'll do:**

Ensure visitor's safety. Overhaul various equipment as required. Installs, maintains, repairs, and trouble shoots HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Attends all in-service training required by the job position and meets the facility annual

mandatory guidelines for training.

+ Responsible for compliance with Organizational Integrity through raising questions and
