Leverage data analytics to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Manage large-scale Dealer Business System integrations and program enhancements. Develop creative marketing initiatives, assets and platform enhancements with external vendor partners to drive customer engagement and reduce customer acquisition cost. Work with dealers and outside sales teams to grow program participation. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, technology, or related field required. Master's Degree preferred. Minimum 7 years related experience required. Minimum 5 years of leadership/supervisory experience with demonstrated abilities inproblem solving, project management and change management. Experience implementing and managing marketing or consumer-focused programs. Experience in data management, CRM, and data analytics technologies. Experience working in sales and marketing either at OE, WD, or dealer level. Strong database marketing and analysis experience. Customer lifecycle marketing experience preferred. Ability to develop retail-focused strategies that drive incremental sales. Creative vision for growing loyalty program membership and personalized marketing efforts. Proven ability to lead team members and projects across departments and/or with external vendor partners.
