Senior Product Designer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic startup team. This role is ideal for a individual who is excited about finance and takes interest in distilling complex concepts into intuitive, user-centered products. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products, from conception to launch.
Responsibilities
Lead the design of new features and improvements for our digital products.
Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance existing products and inform new ones.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a product designer
Track record of building processes from zero to one and implementing them
Customer-first driven thinking
Strong cross team collaborator, both speaking and especially writing (since we are remote)
