DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS ROLE
This position works a full-time Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with an occasional on-call rotation. As our HVAC Customer Service Rep - CSR, you'll answer incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses. You will assist our dispatcher with scheduling and routing service calls, ensuring our technicians are efficiently deployed to meet our customers' needs. Your communication skills will shine as you liaise between customers and internal staff, ensuring a smooth service experience. Your organizational skills will be crucial as you maintain accurate customer records and update information in our system. With your friendly demeanor, you'll handle billing inquiries and process payments, providing exceptional service at every step!
Here's what we need from you:
1+ years of CSR experience, preferably in the HVAC industry
Experience with Housecall Pro is a plus but not required
