Job Purpose:

We are seeking a friendly and professional receptionist.

As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients, visitors, and employees.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a strong customer service orientation.

Job Description: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and friendly manner.

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.

Provide accurate information and assistance in person, via phone, and email.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it represents our company's professional image.

Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages and prepare outgoing mail.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room reservations.

Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for staff, if required.

Uphold security measures by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges when necessary.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
