This position will report to our Certifications team.

How You'll Make a Difference

You will be accountable to develop and implement programs, educational content, and other core inputs of the customer and membership experience. Supporting the day-to-day operations of product management and development. Supporting complex and/or cross-functional initiatives, as well as mentor and guide other team members.

What You'll Bring to the Role

Bachelors' degree or equivalent in business, communications or related field.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in a product portfolio environment. In-depth experience in a certification environment or other specific technical product area beneficial.

Highly developed organization, planning, and management skills with ability to think ahead over multiple time horizons

Strong knowledge of project management; hands-on experience preferred

Understanding of relevant technologies and development life cycles

Success with product management functions, such as facilitation of product development meetings, facilitation of user focus groups, and implementing effective sensing and responding tactics.

Demonstrated experience as a product owner, including creation of user stories and epics, overseeing user acceptance testing, successful launch of MVPs and product pilots; experience within a commercial product environment beneficial

Proven ability to produce positive outcomes with products, including ability to forecast projections and pivot to adjust to meet ever-changing market needs.

Proven track record with developing, administering, scoring and interpreting results of market research instruments as applicable to assigned product(s)

Demonstrated knowledge of product management tools and techniques, with the ability to present and apply them with senior-level professionals and leaders

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, including demonstrated team-based operational and strategic results, with ability to lead, retain, and progress staff

Strong relationship management skills, especially with internal leaders and business teams, with a particular focus on developing strong partnerships

Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment

Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills

Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
