Requirements for our Registered Dietitian
* Must have a current, unencumbered license to practice as a dietitian in this state.
* Must be knowledgeable of kitchen and dining service procedures as well as related food safety laws, regulations and guidelines governing dietary functions in the long term care facility encompassing food served, nutrition guidance, and diet consistencies.
* Must have the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, procedures, etc., of the Dietary Department.
* Must be able to read and interpret dietary cost reports, financial date, etc.
