Home Health Aide
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with utilizing company equipment for virtual visits
Ability to travel to patients’ homes within the required territory daily
Serve as a liaison between providers and patients
Function as a team member, including being flexible, able to work additional hours when needed and providing backup
Manage/maintain equipment and supply inventory
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Home Health Aide Certification or equivalent required
1+ years of HHA or equivalent experience required
Valid Driver's License required
Reliable vehicle required
BLS – Basic Life Support Certification through American Heart Association preferred
Must be comfortable working in residential settings
Must be willing to travel daily within assigned territory
Work as a valued team member, be flexible and able to work additional hours when needed and provide backup
Excellent assessment skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work independently and as part of a team
