Job Details Perform foundational instrumentation and control system engineering tasks, guided by a seasoned Staff E&IC Engineer.
Contribute to the development of technical documents and the creation of P&ID's and associated I/O.
Design junction boxes and control panels, gradually progressing to tasks like PLC programming, HMI configuration, and control system network design.
Collaborate within a team to execute design projects and ensure alignment with company and client technical standards.
Take ownership of panel tests and verification, potentially engaging with customers in various capacities.
Must-Haves: Hold U.S. citizenship or be a current Green Card Holder; visa sponsorships are not available.
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, forming a solid educational foundation.
Exhibit proficiency in P&ID's and associated I/O, demonstrating mastery in instrumentation and control systems.
Showcase expertise in configuring and specifying electrical systems and instrumentation.
Display familiarity with control system design and control system networks, highlighting your comprehensive skill set.
Nice-To-Haves: Display a working knowledge of standards such as NEC, IEC, ATEX, CSA, ISA & UL, enriching your understanding of regulatory compliance.
Prior experience with AutoCAD & AutoCAD Electrical is advantageous, though not a strict requirement.
Demonstrate proficiency in developing PLC programs, showcasing your programming acumen.
Exhibit familiarity with HMI configuration software, contributing to your versatility.
Showcase involvement in the automation of industrial equipment, giving you a competitive edge.
