About the Role
The Company is seeking an AVP for Digital and Growth Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of digital and growth marketing and communications strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth in credit union membership, deposits, and loans across two brands, with a focus on various digital channels including social media, SEM, SEO, Display, and websites. This role demands a performance marketing mindset, with the ability to plan, budget, execute, and analyze growth marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on digital marketer, experienced in managing small- and large-scale digital campaigns, and adept at using marketing automation and CRM platforms.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in a financial services or similar industry. Proficiency in a range of digital marketing tools and platforms is essential, including Google Analytics, Marketing Cloud (Salesforce CRM), and content management systems. The role involves leading a team, so strong leadership and management skills are required. The AVP will also be responsible for vendor and agency management, budgeting, and ROI tracking for paid media. The position calls for a highly analytical, strategic, and creative individual with a growth mindset, who can effectively communicate with management and stay abreast of industry trends.
