About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, People and Culture to join their executive leadership team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of organizational effectiveness through talent and culture management programs. This includes collaborating with the leadership team and key stakeholders to cultivate an empowered, values-driven workplace culture and actively planning for future talent needs. The role also involves offering strategic counsel on culture and talent utilization, leading change management and innovation initiatives, and championing a high-performance culture aligned with the company's strategic goals.Candidates for the Vice President, People and Culture position should have a university degree, preferably a Master's, in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, and a professional HR designation is an asset. A minimum of 7-10 years of senior HR management experience, with a focus on organizational culture, change management, and talent retention, is required. Experience in both the private sector and non-profit organizations, particularly in the international development sector, is highly valued. The role demands strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the company's mission, vision, and values. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing staff, implementing HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws across the regions where the company operates.
