**Summary:**
The MR Developer Integrity Operations (DIO) team works closely with Legal, Design, Engineers, Operations, Product and Policy teams to identify patterns and behaviors and build solutions for the ever-changing field of integrity. We are looking for those interested and passionate about integrity, privacy, process and operations excellence, best-in-class experiences, the metaverse, and the developers creating content for it.The Integrity and Privacy Programs Manager interfaces with a broad range of internal teams and works closely with the data policy team, legal, engineering, operations, TPM and product to take our integrity and privacy programs to the next level and ensure a compliant ecosystem through innovative practices and robust operations. They are knowledgeable about our data policies and compliance requirements, as well as the regulatory environment writ large. They leverage a deep understanding of developer ecosystems, vendor management, compliance and operations processes. They use their visibility into the ecosystem to identify refinement opportunities for technical, integrity, ethics, safety, and privacy standards for 3rd party applications on the Meta Quest platform. The ideal candidate is strategic, curious, empathetic, principled, and attuned to changing integrity and privacy requirements.
**Required Skills:**
Integrity and Privacy Programs Manager Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee the overall operational health of all privacy and integrity programs
2. Work with operational leads to enhance and improve enforcement and remediation operations, as well as identifying solutions to improve compliance rates
3. Work with operational leads to ensure robust quality assurance, quarterly audits, accurate metrics and executive level reporting
4. Work with operational leads to support policy rollouts plans while balancing impact on operations, developer experience and risk
5. Work closely with Policy, Privacy, Legal, Developer Relations Engineering, TPMs and Comms teams to identify gaps in program maturity (process, resources, tooling) and lead the way in identifying solutions and implementing them
6. Create and manage maturity frameworks for all existing programs and any net new
7. Build out and execute strategic plans to move each program along the maturity spectrum
8. Work with XFN leads to identify opportunities and collaborate on ways to improve the developer experience with privacy and integrity requirements
9. Work cross platform to advocate for platform level solutions to common issues regardless of complexity
10. Work cross platform to proactively identify risk areas in either operations or the impacts of a changing regulatory environment, and develop strategic plans and solutions to mitigate
11. Manage strategic and operational onboarding of new integrity and privacy programs ensuring right balance of automated and manual processes, appropriate resource and vendor allocation, and advising on mitigations of any relevant risks
**Minimum Qualifications:**

12. 6+ years in integrity or privacy operations and 4+ years as a program manager
13. Experience creating and managing maturity frameworks and moving along the maturity spectrum
14. Effective communication skills and experience and demonstrate working with cross functional partners of a wide range of domains
15. Experience documenting complex problems with clear solutions, mitigations and experience presenting to senior management
16. Experience developing multi year strategies and supporting documentation
17. Developer advocate mindset, proven experience helping app developers overcome challenges to help them succeed
18. Applies independent judgment when solving problems and offers potential solutions
19. Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through
20. Prior experience creating and presenting executive level reporting

**Public Compensation:**
$157,000/year to $218,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
