Global Account Manager - Property & Casualty

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our National Property & Casualty Global team! This position will provide support to IMA's Global Property & Casualty Team and customers through the entire life cycle. A successful applicant must have professionalism, possess self-direction, manage client relationships, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. This position is eligible for remote work!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Prepare and market global renewal submissions, including gathering information and the marketing and delivery of submissions to underwriters

Communicate binding instructions for foreign package polices, controlled master programs, employee benefits plans, and check policies for accuracy

Requests loss runs from carriers and international broker partners

Verify and reconcile accuracy of premium and commissions

Responsible for policy and information entry of reverse flow accounts for partner data systems and the creation of account comparison spreadsheets and summaries for all sold and bound coverages

Interact professionally and timely with clients via email, phone, and in-person

Respond in a timely, accurate and friendly manner to Producers, Account Executives, Account Managers and other internal associates

Support the team by participating in the completion of all duties required to complete a project and service an account

Support and demonstrate IMA's core values

Required skills and experiences:

3+ years of similar or related experience required

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience required

Attain Property and Casualty license within first 30-90 days of employment, unless already licensed, required

Experience with MS Office products required (specifically Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Attains and/or maintains professional designation or license: CISR and/or CIC preferred

Intermediate EPIC Applied Systems experience preferred

Limited travel required (less than 25%)
