The Role:
As a Solutions Architect at WorkBright, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by supporting our Enterprise clients with the technical implementation and support of our product. This role will serve as the technical point of contact to help customers throughout their implementation process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, implementation specialists, and client stakeholders, to ensure that our clients are supported. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in onboarding customers successfully at WorkBright.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our clients to gather and analyze business requirements, primarily during implementation, but ongoing as needed.
Translate client requirements into technical specifications and architecture designs for our internal team.
Help both internal teams and clients to prioritize projects by getting alignment on organization's goals, challenges, and technical needs.
Troubleshoot any technical issues our clients may be experiencing, quickly escalating larger issues to the Engineering team, and offering solutions where possible.
Provide technical leadership throughout the project or implementation lifecycle by collaborating internally and creating technical documentation.
Proactively communicate with clients on the status of their implementation and/or technical request. This includes being the main point of contact for technical issues, and responding to customers on Slack, email, and video calls.
Work to assess and mitigate risks by identifying potential challenges or limitations associated with the proposed solution, and optimize solutions for long-term success.
Documentation of implementation learnings
Required Qualifications:
Two to three years of professional experience in project management
At least one year of experience in a technical role, such as a Software Engineer, or equivalent.
Strong project management skills including stakeholder communication, timelines, risk mitigation, and solution-oriented action
Experience working directly with clients in a technical capacity; ability to translate technical details into simple language that will be easy for non-technical stakeholders to understand.
Previous experience in SaaS, specifically HR SaaS, is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and your team
Ability to be flexible with meeting schedules that are driven by customer urgency
Experience with technical writing
Knowledge of APIs and Enterprise data migrations
What We Offer You: Compensation and Benefits
Salary range for candidates $90,000-$120,000, plus $5,000 annual bonus
This is a full time, exempt position

Travel Required:
