Remote Customer Service - Bilingual Spanish

Dallas, TX, United States

IMMEDIATE BILINGUAL CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE - FULLY REMOTE - MUST RESIDE IN DALLAS, TX AREA

$17/HR

MONDAY - FRIDAY 10AM-7PM OR 11AM-8PM(8 HOUR SHIFT 5 DAY WORK WEEK)

OR

SATURDAY - TUESDAY 10AM-8PM (10 HOUR SHIFT, 4 DAY WORK WEEK)

Qualifications:

+ 1 year of call center customer service experience

+ Must be bilingual Spanish/English

+ Ability to manage high volume calls

+ Excellent computer skills, must be able to work off multiple systems

+ Microsoft Office proficient

+ Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

+ Primary job function is to respond, handle, diagnose and resolve inbound customer interactions within the Department of Parks and Recreations.

+ An Associate will need to identify, research, and resolves technical problems related to specific User Portal.

+ Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution within the company IPC Tool.

+ Manage high volume inbound calls.
