We are hiring multiple User Experience Designers to help build each of our stealth companies, which currently range from initial concept to MVP:
PropData, a data intelligence platform for real estate, investing, reporting, and due diligence
PayUp, a FinTech tool that will enable fast, hassle-free capital for service providers, so they can focus on growing their business
PrimePro, a platform that will empower gig workers as they find jobs and manage their careers
InsurePro, AI-driven insurance that provides by the minute coverage for workers, giving them access to higher paying jobs while lowering their operational costs
This role provides the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of a startup including business development, product management, marketing and design.
What you’ll do:
Full stack design work ranging from user research, prioritization, high fidelity mockups, and fast iterations
Key contributor across multiple cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and operations
Collaborate with leadership to drive strategy and develop product roadmaps
Provide strategic thinking around user-research and UX & UI
Establish key design language to build out the product
Create delightful online and offline experiences that are suitable for our target customers
Recruiting and building teams at Rex is a top priority, each person will participate in interviewing prospective candidates What you offer:
3+ years of UX and UI experience in a high-demand, fast-paced, ideally startup, environment
Obsessed with all aspects of human-centered design in personal and professional life
Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes common in early-stage companies
Excels at user research, design architecture, and prioritizing product roadmap
Strong UI/UX skill with a passion for details and removing friction for users
Bold and confident in your design prowess while also maintaining a humble mindset
Eager to partake in a collaborative environment to implement new ideas
Engaged in the design community, maintaining high visibility, and staying on the pulse of design trends, principles, and techniques
Ability to work in person on hybrid schedule in Austin, Texas (or willing to relocate)
